Thank you to our amazing Joneve customers for your loyalty. We appreciate your patronage. As part of a greater revitalization plan by our parent company, many of our sister brand locations are remaining open, but the Joneve stores are closing. The good news is that we get to host a store closing sale event, which means special offers just for you.

 

The deals are so good that all sales are final and not available for exchange or return. If you purchased an item from one of our stores prior to store closing sale event activity, you may still visit any location for an exchange or return on your item until December 23, 2011. After that time, there will not be any exchanges and returns honoured in-store. If you have an inquiry regarding an exchange or return that could not be handled in-store, please send us an email at contact@joneve.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

 

Please note that in keeping with our standard policy during the holiday season, exchanges and returns will not be processed on December 26 or December 27, 2011.

 

Gift cards are no longer available for purchase from Joneve stores, but will continue to be accepted in them until the stores are closed. If you have a previously purchased gift card, it will continue to be valid at any of our sister brand locations.
